Why Visit Sasnak Holler?
Located in rural Arkansas, Sasnak Holler is the perfect stop for travelers looking for a taste of local culture. Just a hop, skip and jump of ol’ 88, you can find what has been ranked by US Travelers Quarterly ‘the world’s friendliest holler.’
The locals here take pride in greeting newcomers. Visitors can see the old McGillacuddy farm, the site of the first crop circles of ’93 and the annual Pig Muddin’ festival.
Ater a day at the farm, what better way to visit the Lemming’s Shower Arena, where the water enriched by Shoal Bank minerals flows freely. All fresh and clean, then it may be time to meet up with some of our fine town folks at the Legendary Sasnak Gas and Grille.

The Legendary Sasnak Gas and Grille
Originally founded as our Hollow’s newspaper in the 19th century, the grounds of the Sasnak are said to be enriched by the spirts of all who came before.
Perhaps that is why it is always such a howling good time. The original Sasnak Holler edifice still stands, with original lettering that was commissioned and purchased by Big W.K. Davis Sr. in the 1950s.
Now his grandson, Wayne Davis, has continued the legacy of giving the paper its space, but expanded the building into the sprawling entertainment complex so many travelers have grown to love so much. With live arcade machines, a performance stage, the Original Sasnak Grille and a full-service automotive station where Solomon and Darryl (Skeeter Eater’) will be happy to take a look at your tires or misfiring engine, there is a wonderland of things to see and do.
So come on down and visit. We will be waiting for you.
